The real action begins with high-stakes negotiations after the elaborate bank heist escalates into a hostage situation. Metro is an action comedy starring Eddie Murphy and it's made for the best Heist films list. The Italian Job is a remake of 1969 classic heist film of the same name, and that makes it a perfect entry for the best Heist films list. Even though the films share a title, the plot and characters of the new one differ from those of its predecessor, and film's director Gray described it as "an homage to the original." The Italian Job stars Mark Wahlberg, Charlize Theron, Jason Statham, Edward Norton, Seth Green, Mos Def and Donald Sutherland. Charlie Croker (Wahlberg) and his team plan an elaborate gold heist, after being betrayed and left for dead in Italy.
