By default Cinema Paradiso offers a 15 day free trial. During this period all new subscribers can rent up to 4 discs for free. This gives you the chance to try out our service before committing to a full subscription.

Depending on the promotion, the length of the free trial and the number of free rentals may vary for different subscription levels. The terms of any given free trial offer will be clearly defined at the point of registration.

Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of your free trial, payment will be taken when the free trial ends. Please see 'Can I cancel my subscription once I've joined?' for further details regarding the cancellation process.

We aim to send out at least one disc to you within one business day* of you signing up to the service. In most cases we send out your first disc on the same business day if you subscribe before 14:00 PM.

After that, we aim to send out each disc no more than one business day after receiving one back from you.

* A business day is Monday to Friday.

You can keep each disc for as long as you want. There are no late charges. Once we've received a disc back, we will send you the next disc available from your list.

Search our catalogue or choose a title from our collections then simply click on 'Add' to add that particular disc to your wish list, or click on 'Add All' to add all the discs to your wish list.

You can have an unlimited number of titles in your wish list, however we suggest you have at least 10 titles in your wish list to begin with and top it up regularly, to ensure that there are no delays in sending discs to you.

Simply click FREE Trial and follow the instructions on screen. During this process we will take the details we need to set up your trial subscription. Once the process is complete, simply let us know which titles you would like to watch and we will do the rest.

This depends on the subscription level you choose. Each level will state a monthly limit if there is one.

If you are subscribed to an unlimited monthly level there is no limit on how many discs you can rent; it all depends on how many you can watch! If however you are subscribed to a limited level, you can watch up to 3, 4 or 6 discs per month / paying period.

Very safe - and much safer than using your card to pay for a restaurant meal in the UK!

We use world-class encryption software (128-bit SSL technology) to encrypt your card details during transmission and storage. This prevents any unauthorised personnel from viewing your personal details.
