CinemaParadiso.co.uk is a film and TV Series rental subscription service. The Gift Subscription means constant delivery of the DVDs or Blu-rays to the recipient’s address via Royal Mail anywhere in the UK for the duration of the purchased Gift Subscription period.

Simply No. The postage fees of the delivery to the recipient and back is included in the cost. We use Royal Mail 1st Class Mail.

Yes. Recipient can change subscription level at any time. An exchange could alter the length of purchased Gift Subscription; however any value of the Gift Subscription that remains will be applied towards future payments.

Yes. In order to redeem a Gift Subscription we require valid payment method, which must be entered during gift redemption process.

At the end of the Gift Subscription period, subscription will be converted to monthly model and we will charge subscription fees to the recipient’s card unless account is cancelled before Gift Subscription ends. Don't worry, CinemaParadiso.co.uk will let the recipient know two weeks before we make a charge to the recipient card. It is the recipient's responsibility to cancel the Gift Subscription if they don't want to continue with their CinemaParadiso.co.uk service after the Gift Subscription ends.

Yes. All Gift Subscriptions must be redeemed within 12 months of the date of purchase. Any Gift Subscriptions not redeemed and activated by recipient within 12 months of the date of purchase will expire automatically.
