The amazing comedian Bill Hicks passed away in 1994, but his legend continues to grow.Sane Man was filmed before Bill recorded "Dangerous," his first comedy album, and is a turning point in Hicks' career. It was the first complete Hicks show ever filmed and Bill pulled out all the stops for the cameras. Completely focused, a newly-sober Hicks paces the stage like a wild animal riffing effortlessly on a variety of his favourite topics including sex, drugs, rock n roll, religion, government and, of course, smoking.
Legendary, late comedian Bill Hicks was just starting to gain critical mass when he passed away in 1994. A comic's comic, Hicks was dedicated to stand-up as the be-all-end-all, not a stepping stone to a flaccid sitcom. This video showcases his incredible live act with Hicks assaulting the stage and his audience with a non-stop cornucopia of hilarious insights into our twisted world; the government, the military, the police, religion, smoking, pornography, drugs and, of course, for those of you who are getting antsy, a couple of dick jokes.
Revelations (1993)
Was the last special Bill Hicks ever recorded and features him in the height of his genius. Recorded at Hicks's sell out show at the Dominion Theatre in London; reiterating his beliefs in no uncertain terms, that we need to open our eyes and minds to the hypocrisy and ludicrousness of the world around us.

The Macra brainwash the human colonists to mine toxic gas in the levels below the colony. Ruling the settlement from a control centre in the heart of the main city, they scuttle around at night looking for food. The Doctor's friend Ben is soon taken over by the Macra and under their malign influence, he turns against the Doctor. As their influence spreads, the Doctor sets out to bring an end to the Macra terror.
