Debbie, 'The Chosen One', is thrown back into the fantastical world of Yonderland for an all-new series of adventures, where she is once again called upon by the 'Wise' Council of Elders to help a new array of idiots in distress. Can Debbie finally overcome try-hard evil overlord Negatus? Can she continue to keep Yonderland secret from her husband Peter? Will she stop her terrifying nemesis Imperatrix from conquering the entire realm? And can she do it all / before the kids get home from school?
Debbie Maddox doesn't know how she's going to fill her days now that her twins have started school. By the time she's cleaned the house from top to bottom and become frighteningly addicted to a daytime quiz show, she starts to think she's going mad - particularly when an elf appears in her kitchen cupboard telling her she's needed in another land. For she is The Chosen One: a saviour destined to deliver Yonderland from the fast-approaching forces of darkness. As Debbie does her best to help incompetent knights, overly-truthful monks and a race of people intent on firing the cleverest amongst them into the sun, the question is: can she fulfil the prophecy and defeat Negatus and his demon minions, and will she make it back to the real world in time for the school pick up?
The hair may be short and the suit too small, but the Hegelian dialectic is spot-on as erstwhile Ford Cortina violator and alternative comedian, Alexei Sayle, browbeats us with more semi-smile inducing madness. Intelligent, incisive, witty humour like this only happens by a freak of nature so tuck in to all six episodes from the third and final series of the great man's STUFF.
