To elude the law, Needham and his pals disguised their entry as an ambulance. Burt Reynolds, Jackie Chan, Dom De Luise, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr., Marilu Henner, Shirley MacLaine, Frank Sinatra and more join this second joyride crammed with goofball disguises and souped-up vehicles. The cars zip along at top speed. The stars quip along in top form. And the only rule is there are no rules.
