Introverted teen Kathy (Annelyse Ahmad) dreams of spending the summer at Black River Horse Camp for girls. But after a rodeo accident left her dad with a serious injury, her parents have forbidden Kathy from saddling up. Eventually though, concern for their daughter's social wellbeing outweighs these fears, and Kathy heads to horse camp. Once assigned to a cabin, she meets the pretty and popular Stacy (Kristen Ryda), the camps resident mean girl, as well as the funny and kind-hearted Lisa, with whom Kathy shares an instant bond. To everyone's surprise, Kathy is a natural in the saddle. Her newfound confidence attracts admirers but turns off old friends like Lisa (Rachel Sowers). As she competes to dethrone Stacy as Camp Princess, Kathy learns to recognize the true value of real friendship. - Director:
