Anthropologist Harold Munroe (Robert Kerman) is hellhound as he travels into the green inferno of South America's rain-forest in an attempt to find a documentary crew lost months before. Wheelchair-bound heiress Penny Appleby (Susan Strasberg) arrives at the Cote d'Azur to live with her estranged father.
