I was hoping for a nice gentle comedy, this is not one. Its more of a gentle drama, not many smiles at all! Quite a plodding and uneventful story, the only saving grace was the usual great acting from Celia Imrie, if not for her, I would have given it no stars!!

What a great series, Susan Calman is such a lovely person and is a joy to see her discovering the people, history and secret places of her own beloved Scotland. I hope she makes more TV like this.
