My one star rating may be misleading because unfortunately  I can’t rate or review it as despite checking the film information to confirm that it had English Hard of Hearing subtitles before ordering,  when I started watching it, having selected the HoH subtitle option, the only subtitles that appeared were for foreign language translation. I have therefore not been able to watch this. A frustrating and disappointing experience. 

Very disappointed to find that there were no subtitles for this. Yes, I should have checked the ‘Available formats’ information  before selecting but is it really too much to ask, with the technology available today, for new films all to be provided with subtitles? My rating for the film is not based on its content  but on its lack of accessibility.
