Anyway after enjoying Breaking Bad I watched this with some trepidation. It's not as good but it does have a lot to live up to.
Like BB it starts humourously and gets darker
I recommend, but watch BB first
While I'm reviewing things I'll comment on this--
Watched this on TV and it promised a lot but never really delivered.
I'm afraid it kept making plot twists which were unbelievable or at least unlikely and (plot spoiler!)
predictably there's a second series (or at least it's set up for one)
Rent Better Call Saul instead
Always worry about Americans series in case they don't carry on for more than the first series.
Tried this because there is a second series on Sky at the moment.
after we suspended a little bit of disbelief we got into this and compared it as a "better" version of Alias
Difficult to Review in case we give spoilers, theres one fairly obvious twist but don't let that get in the way
Aside: I would give 5 stars to Breaking Bad. If you've not started this get on it now
