Totally sick and unfunny. Complete rubbish from start to finish. Sacha Baron Cohen has just plumped the depths of garbage "humour".
This is what this self-indulgent "comedy" should have been entitled. The only amusing thing in this otherwise "laugh-free" nonsense was the End Credits - which seemed to last longer than the actual film. Do we really need a credit for "Mr MacFarlene's personal chef"?
Get a grip.
Sorry to say this, but as much as I like "Mrs Brown" on the television, I'm afraid the film was bitterly disappointing. There were some clever gags and set-pieces but... To include mistakes, with the cast giggling and laughing within the actual movie, was a serious miscalculation. What's funny on telly is an embarrassment on film. It should have been saved for the out-takes and "gag reel". If it wasn't for the talented cast and the wonderful Brendan O'Carroll I would have rated it one star only.
