Found myself quoting and lightly chuckling to myself a week after having watched this, much to the dismay of my family and people I work with. Watching this always brings me back to my childhood.

Stanley Kubrick's The Shining has been one of my favourite films for over ten years. The less said about Stephen King's dismal adaptation, the better. That being said, I was looking forward to finally watching Doctor Sleep and getting an insight into what would've been an incredibly traumatic experience for young Danny Torrence. I found the plot a bit all over the place and so cheesy, I became lactose intolerant after watching it. Ewan McGregor should stick to fighting aliens with lightsabres in my opinion. 

Was so looking forward to watching this film, had it been highly recommended by a friend. It had an interesting premise but the acting, dialogue and overuse of horror film cliches made watching this feel like a bit of a chore. 

Wouldn't be out of place on Netflix's dreadful selection of horror and thrillers.
