Wooden acting, no direction, zero sets and no atmosphere. Whole thing done with uncle Bob's old pre war camera. Not sure how this got made in the first place as enourmas waste of time. Stopped tape after 20 minutes, as better option to throwing a brick at DVD player. Be warned!
As good as the first film. Same style and atmosphere with a new character. Saw more of the creatures which is really what we want. Great acting throughout and the storyline believable. Left us with the possibility of a final episode. There should be one, but only one as there would definitely be a reduction in quality.
Now this is a proper Terminator film! Back are the stunning scenes, nail biting fighting, great special effects and Arnie right in centre giving his best performance as the lethal cyborg. It has it all, one not to be missed. A great last performance, or is it? Do we have a future clutch of films to look forward to, based on this new time line? If so, then bring them on, this is a wonderful start.
With the stars on offer, this should have been a lot better. Definitely the American version of funny, which has a great deal of predictable slapstick, no subtly at all. Having said that, the story was slightly better and it's always remarkable to see Jennifer Anniston never seeming to age. How does she do that? Worth watching, but don't expect too much.
Saw this when first came out, but was not overly impressed. This time, it had improved with age and really delivered. Fast paced with a wonderful ending chase. The best of all the Mad Max films. Suspend belief and it's extremely enjoyable.
