An immersive and original piece of film making. The characters in this film had real depth. There was such a sense of place.

So glad I caught this one. 

Great music, good performances from the leading actors. The story itself twists and turns a bit. It hit the same sweet spot as the film ‘Kiss kiss bang bang’ for me. I felt it wasn’t necessary to take the plot too seriously, just to enjoy the ride. A bit of fun in these grim times.

A brave film that was poignant, moving shocking at times and funny.  I loved it. Best film I’ve seen this year.

Selected this as I have seen previous Richard Linklater films, I especially enjoyed Boyhood.

I am at a loss to see how this got positive critical reviews. An utterly pointless film with no redeeming features. College boys doing vaguely offensive stuff, couldn't make it to the end of the film.
