Stephen Chow has managed to capture the unique Hong Kong culture both in humour and in the extremes of its society within this insanely funny and brilliantly quirky masterpiece. The special effects are both creatively futuristic and observes kung fu traditions in equal measures. Every kung fu sequence are superbly choreographed with genuine moves all done to the highest standard which exceeded expectations of a comedy. This is one of the funniest Hong Kong films I've seen and it will go down in history as a modern classic.
