Could not be any more action-packed. Visually stunning with an engaging story. Well-acted with breath-taking special effects. 

Lots of money on effects but I did not like the pacing or actors. 

Not what I was expecting and sadly not for me.  

Ken Burns as always covers his subjects in great detail, giving a comprehensive picture of history. Varying viewpoints are mentioned which gives a rounded if not always balanced overview. 

Great archive photography as always and a compelling narrative / narration.
