Loved this film! Such an unusual storyline, but the written dialogue and excellent acting made it very real and believeable. Recommended!

We generally enjoyed this film, but felt that the storyline was a bit weak. Not very compelling, but not hideous either. Also featuring a slightly unrealistic timeframe in which Jennifer Lawrence's character recovers from a terribly broken leg!

Great acting from two excellent forces of nature - Helen Mirren and Ian McKellan. Generally a good plotline but a somewhat implausible twist towards the end.

Overall, this wasn't a bad film, but it felt like it dragged the whole way through. Neil Armstrong wasn't really that likeable in this portrayal, which probably didn't help matters.

We stuck with this to the bitter end, but wished we hadn't. Although the acting wasn't bad, it was an absolutely appalling storyline. The only tender moment was the one in the car park. Save two dull hours of your life, and add a different film to your list.

Loved this film! It was a great story of tenacity and grit in the background of several dysfunctional (or just plain sad) relationships. The actors were all marvellous. Highly recommended!
