Synopsis:
Full coverage of the historic match between World Cup holders Brazil and England in the quarter-final of the 1962 World Cup Finals in Chile. This now famous meeting saw the England team playing a strong defensive game and holding off the Brazilian attack for the majority of the match. However, the Brazilian team, despite the absence of its star player Pele, was able to penetrate the England defence largely due to the superb perfomance from the young player, Garrincha, who scored two goals, securing a win and a place in the final for Brazil.
