At the 203 apartments Drake, NYC, residents are granted one wish - any wish. But beware of the price. There's something supernatural and evil about The Drake that only the owners, Gavin (Terry O'Quinn) and Olivia (Vanessa Williams). know about/control...Jane (Rachael Taylor) and Henry (Dave Annable), a young, ambitious couple, are hired as resident managers at The Drake with a nice apartment. Henry works for the mayor, making Gavin interested. A mosaic in the basement makes Jane research The Drake...It's Halloween and everyone is gearing up for the Drake's annual costume party. Henry is getting the hero treatment and being interviewed on TV. A media advisor, Laurel Harris (Tessa Thompson), suggests he make the best of his 15 minutes of fame to improve on his career. Brian (Robert Buckley) catches Louise (Mercedes Mason) in what may be a compromising situation. Louise may have a more serious problem however.
