Historians claim that there are certain places where hundreds died a cruel death. Some people believe that such places have an obscure influence on our psyche...Many people would consider that mere superstition, as would Ellen (Amanda Plummer) and Martin Shaw (Sean Pertwee). After the tragic death of their little son, the couple move to the countryside, hoping for a new beginning. Everything seems perfect: a romantic village and the old house that they plan to redecorate together. But all too soon Ellen comes across mysterious messages, an ordinary road sign suddenly reads: 'You Have 7 Days to Live'. At first Ellen reassures herself that it must be a hallucination due to what she has been through in the past months. But the foreboding predictions of her death continue and she seems to be running out of time! Martin does not take his wife's 'esoteric visions' seriously and dives head on into writing a new book. Left to her own devices, Ellen finds the previous owner of the house and a medieval document leads to unspeakable crimes committed on the property centuries ago. By the time she can fully grasp the extent of danger she is in, it is already too late...
