HAMPSTEAD
- Hampstead review by BK
This film needs to be watched when you have no other pressing engagements to worry about.
It is slow moving and beautifully acted. It is well cast as Gleeson & Keaton are credible protagonists.
It highlights class differences; the hypocrisy of people trying to fit in with social protocol, which means avoiding the Truth at all costs.
The ending is real and not 'fairy-tale' like. Thoroughly enjoyable for a dull winter's day viewing.

Icky romcom for 'seniors'
- Hampstead review by CP Customer
Lush production values, photogenic locations and star actors won't save this woefully saccharin tainted mush. Unbelievable and predictable plot, rubbish script. Don't bother!

Hampstead - a good place to go!

Have enjoyed this film more than I expected. The lead actors are charming and the true story is quite touching. Do watch it.

Varied Life on the Heath
- Hampstead review by KW
Enjoyable romcom with excellent performances from Ms Keaton and Mr Gleeson and a cast of British actors enjoying themselves in the supporting roles. My one gripe was that I could have done without the Heath Ukulele ensemble which was totally over the top!

Beautiful Hampstead
- Hampstead review by CCC
We loved this film, delightful to watch with so many scenes of Hampstead, Thames and all very British. I highly recommend it.

Nonsense

This is just complete nonsense, like a really really dreadful version of a really really dreadful Richard Curtis film.
