Not so Funny! - Hippocrates review by MD

A thought provoking film that examines questions relating to hospital care for the elderly, euthanasia, racism and medical responsibility. A very good film although I felt the ending was a bit of a cop out. However if you watch this expecting a comedy you will not think you are getting what you paid for despite some very pithy one liners. The subject matter is too serious for that.

comedy, drama - Hippocrates review by SP

A good film but hardly a "comedy". It deals with issues we all know on this side of the Channel, too. There is a "light" touch and there are moments of humour but not sufficient to call this a comedy.
