I took this film thinking it was about the evacuation from Dunkirk. It is isn't. It is the worse possible parody of English and German soldiers from the long forgotten comic magazine era. The plot is preposterous - the idea that an untrained person could memorise the "algorithm" for radar, which had in fact been invented before the war is, and needed to be brought back to England is laughable. There are so many errors of facts such as the use of jeeps which hadn't been invented and the parachute regiment which hadn't been formed in 1940 are only two. Don't even think about watching it!
I rely on subtitles on dvd's due to hearing loss. Just want to make people aware there is no option of switching on subtitles even though it states there are subtitles for the dvd.
Very low budget; rather unbelievable plot, no subtitles so some dialogue incomprehensible.
I've seen worse. But then again, I've seen a lot better...
