- Whilst traveling to an international summit the Belgian Prime Minister's car is hijacked, his driver killed and the head of state kidnapped by a group of violent and ruthless terrorists. Soon, he learns that his wife and children are also being held hostage and that they will only survive if he kills the person he is due to meet at 3pm... the President of the United States. The Prime Minster must now choose between the life of his family and the life of the most powerful woman in the world.

the plot sounds likes a cheap B movie thriller but its far from it
well acted well directed this movie will keep you on the edge of your seat wondering how this will end.
