Disappointing film that fails to find itself - Stoker review by BW
Pretty disappointing. Slightly reminded me of Kubrick's 'Eyes Wide Shut' or even 'Secretary' in its attempts at building an atmosphere of erotic tension but it lacked something and failed to carry it off. Beautiful photography throughout - I couldn't fault that - but the characters were unlikeable and ultimately the whole thing felt false.

Dull - Stoker review by CP Customer
A good story when it eventually unfolded, but a pretty dull ride getting there, almost gave up about 3/4 through.
