Looks like a poor VHS tape transfer - Turn-On Classics review by DH
Low quality production... looks like a tape transfer. Music treated unsympathetically, with abrupt changes from one piece to another, without fade or a pause. Picture quality is not up to reasonable DVD standards. There are also some low frame rates that look to be about 10 frames per second, giving very jittery motion.
