Interesting but highly enjoyable plot - What We Did on Our Holiday review by ChrisB
Unusual storyline held together by brilliant casting. I particularly liked the actress who played the elder daughter, and Billy Connolly came across as a highly endearing character.

So achingly British - What We Did on Our Holiday review by TJ
This is a unexpected 5 star review for me... I didn't think it would be 'my thing' but just shows how much a great film can win you over.
Filmed essentially from a child's viewpoint it shows how innocence can interpret loss in the most unexpected way.
Difficult to explain without giving away the big reveal suffice to say this is Billy Collonly at is very best.
Watch and enjoy the emotional roller coaster.

Wonderful, gentle comedy - What We Did on Our Holiday review by CP Customer
Loved this film. Gentle comedy with some genuine laugh out loud moments. We particularly liked Billy Connolly's character, and the rest of the cast were lovely. Especially the children, little stars in the making!
