Rent A Bit of a Do (1989 - 1989)

A Bit of a Do is a classic British comedy series about the coming together of two families when their children marry and how their interactions become less than civil when a member of each family start having an affair. The series follows Ted Simcock (David Jason) and his family as well as the Rodenhurst family. When Ted starts an affair with the matriarch of the Rodenhurst family, Liz (Nicola Pagett) during his sons wedding things go from bad to worse as the families do everything to each other but declare war.
