A brilliant QC is found dead in her chambers, killed by a single knife wound to the heart - but chillingly drenched in a colleague's blood...Ambitious, forthright, cold and aggressive, Venetia Aldridge (Penny Downie) has made many enemies both inside and outside the legal profession.
