- Synopsis:
- Family comedy following the dual romance of a pair of dogs and their owners. When Rusty (voiced by Jay Mohr), a labrador, and Cheri (voiced by Nikki Cox), a poodle, meet in the park it changes their lives forever - and the lives of their owners. Susan (Jennie Garth) and Jake (Brad Rowe) are both singletons with children and looking for love. To the great delight of Rusty and Cheri, Susan and Jake decide to move in together. However, bringing together two competing ways of life and children of all ages proves difficult and threatens to tear the fledgling family apart. It is left to Rusty and Cheri to demonstrate how to make a relationship work.
