- Synopsis:
- A Fine Romance is a British comedy series that follows two quite awkward adults who are put together by their friends and family and how their relationship growns. The series follows Laura Dalton (Judi Dench), a socially inept woman who is set up with Mike Selway (Michael Williams), an equally awkward painter who strikes it off with her instantly as the two begin a shy but endearing courtship under the watchful and stern eye of Laura’s sister Helen (Susan Penhaligon).
