- ‘A Lull in the Sea’ is a Japanese fantasy anime TV series created by Riso Maeda and written by Project-118. The show is set in a world where human civilization divides between wanting to live on the ocean floor and moving above the surface. After their school in the ocean is closed, five 14-year-old friends struggle to adapt attending lectures on land while nearing the end of their childhood lives.
