- "A Rebel Born" follows the life of Nathan Bedford Forrest (Jerry Chesser), a brilliant Confederate general and one of the most controversial figures in the American Civil War. Responsible for the massacre at the Battle of Fort Pillow, he was an expert cavalry leader, and one of the few soldiers to be promoted to general with no military training. Even now, more than 150 years after the end of the war, Forrest remains shrouded in controversy.

hi everyone.
thisis really a day out with a re enactors society - it is not a 'film' as there is absolutly NO ACTING WHATSO
EVER.! It does give so good detail about a famous confederate general, but that dosent make up for the chaotic intermitent action and simply no acting! give this a real mis.
