Aaiyash: The Desire (2004)

Vicky given a proposal by Mrs Modi, the wife of a ricj tycoon to kidna her step daughter Sweta and claim a hefty ransom from her husband of which he gets to pocket half. Vicky jumps to the offer and in the process falls in loove with Sweta which she is at his mercy and not knowing kidnappping thing is a setup.
