Rent Act of War (1998)

In the former Soviet Union, a remote nuclear missile silo has been overrun by and is now under the control of a group of terrorists. One command is all that is needed to launch the most devastating attack in the history of mankind. On the same evening the president of a former Soviet state (Jan Nemejovský) hosts a palace reception for the American Ambassador to celebrate the return of peace and democracy to his country. The reception is crashed by Jack Gracy (Jack Scalia), a disgraced former U.S. secret agent. Gracy is determined to convey to the Ambassador that all is not what is seems.
