- In 2086, two peace-loving alien ambassadors arrive at the World Federation of Earth. They are Waldo Zeptic from the planet Andor and Zozo from the planet Kirwane. Waldo and Zozo seek protection from a syndicate of alien outlaws, space pirates and cosmic criminals that are terrorizing their planets.
