- Zach Wade (C.J. Adams) is a mischievous kid who, along with his younger sister Hannah (Erin Pitt) and their devoted dog Chinook, become lost in the wilderness when their small plane has engine problems and must make an emergency landing. Their mother (Natasha Henstridge) and father (Ted Whittall) are frantic and rescue teams are searching. But for the next few days, Zach, Hannah and Chinook must learn how to combine their skills, trust their instincts and navigate a terrain as beautiful as it is untamed. John Tench (Tooth Fainy) co-stars in this exciting family adventure about loyalty, bravery and surviving Against the Wild.

excelent story line about 2 kids that go overseas to stay at a friends and the plain there on devlops an eletrical fire and crashes and there left in the forest to find a way of getting help for there friend the pilot when there huski dog comes to the rescue a must see for all film lovers highley recommended i will defently be buying this on dvd
