- Synopsis:
- Dr. Linda Christian (Meilani Paul) is supervising the submarine transportation of a deadly chemical weapon from Russia back to the United States. But a band of terrorists has stolen aboard with plans to hijack the virus and launch it in missiles aimed directly at Moscow and New York. It is therefore lucky that Lynda's recently jilted boyfriend, Marine hero Matt Hendricks (Dolph Lundgren), has also sneaked aboard. He came with the intention of saving his relationship with Lynda, but now it looks like he's going to have to save the world as well.
