Speed Metal kings Agent Steel caught in concert. Los Angeles speed metal band Agent Steel was formed in 1984 by the Brazilian singer John Cyriis and the drummer Chuck Profus. The band released two full-length albums and one EP before disbanding in 1988. The band was most notable for John Cyriis's high-pitched vocals, catchy songs, melodic riffs and fast tempos mixed in with an unusual (in heavy metal) UFO conspiracy theory imagery. The band reformed in 1999 and has since released two full-length albums. This programme features a full, electrifying performance from the final night of their 1987 UK tour recorded at London's famous Hammersmith Odeon showcasing the band at the zenith of its career.
