The Lost Coast is a tropical paradise that has become an ideal training ground for local guerrillas, it's rugged wilderness, beyond the mountains, has also become the stronghold of the notorious Northern Cartel drug traffickers, every bit as armed and dangerous as the guerrillas. The Government forces have been waging war against these two bands of outlaws, without success. Wealthy landowners have also formed their own private armies to combat these forces in their own deadly ways. Now the man with the motto, 'Anything, Anywhere, Anytime' is the only man for the job. Rio Arnett (Lorenzo Lamas) is a one man army, who accomplishes the impossible. Whether It's a rescue attempt inside the dense jungle, intervention when the local Mafia turns violent, or as the go-between for the drug dealers and the militia, Rio and his team are ready to fly the deadly skies. - Actors:
