Synopsis:
This Montreux concert from July 1994 brings together three of the great talents of jazz fusion. Stars in their own right, Al Di Meola (guitars), Stanley Clarke (bass) and Jean-Luc Ponty (violin) reach new levels of virtuosity as a trio. The concert features highlights from their individual careers plus many tracks, including: Indigo, Renaissance, Song To John and Memory Canyon, that would feature on the trio's critically acclaimed The Rite Of Strings album, released the following year. There's also the added treat of a guest appearance by renowned Jamaican pianist Monty Alexander.
