It can be felt all over America, the fatal power of arms. Whether in Ellisburgh, Oregon, where a student at Ridgeline High shot and killed seven classmates three years ago. His mother and younger brother still suffer from the terrible act and are bullied. Or in Chicago, Illinois, where a committed principal is waging an almost hopeless fight against violence at his school and neglecting his own family. Or in Charlottesville, Virginia, where the owner of a long-established gun shop worries about his granddaughter, who at first only reluctantly works for him.
