- Synopsis:
Deepa (Sharmila Tagore) left India to come to Paris and start fresh. She has failed in love three times back home, learning love only existed around her for one reason and one reason only and that was because she was wealthy. Every man she ever met seemed to be after her money. She wanted to come to Paris and start a new life, in search of a new love. Not short after her arrival, she meets the wealthy Sam (Shammi Kapoor), a French Man (or so she thinks), and after many meetings they fall in love. Problem arises when she learns that Sam is actually Shyam who himself happens to be from India. Upset and feeling betrayed, she runs off. Shyam, unaware his actions were going to hurt her so badly, rushes to apologize to Deepa only to find her doing unusual things. Cigarettes are found around her, and she even started drinking!! This is not the Deepa Sam knows. Who is this new Deepa and what is she up to??? - Actors:
