In the picturesque expanse of Quebec's Charlevoix region, Luc (Éric Bruneau) lives a seemingly idyllic life. His partner, Stephanie (Mélanie Thierry), a lively sports instructor, shares his world, filled with faithful companions, thrilling hunting escapades, adrenaline-fueled skiing, and passionate hockey games. A beautiful wife, a charming home, and a tranquility that seems to echo the perfection of their existence. However, beneath the surface, Stephanie grapples with a crippling depression, finding a strange solace in the company of Melissa (Geneviève Boivin-Roussy), their nurse friend, and wife to Isabelle (Marie-Josée Croze), a respected doctor.
