Britain's Andy Cooper, who made his name with the Kenny Ball Band, formed his own ensemble, the Euro Top 8, in 1996. The clarinetist and singer has gathered around him eight mainstream virtuosos from Belgium, Germany, England, Scotland and Sweden. Andy and his bandmates were one of the high points of Germany's "Hot Jazz Festival 2002". Whether it's dixieland, blues, jump & jive or modern swing - Andy Cooper and his Euro Top 8 put their very own stamp on every song, love to improvise and guarantee top-class, old-fashioned entertainment.
