- The spin off from the cult show Buffy the Vampire Slayer, forced to leave Sunnydale due to the pull of his feelings for the Slayer, vampire with a soul Angel moves to L.A where he sets up his own supernatural detective agency. With an ensemble cast in it’s own right and various guest appearances from the Buffy stars, Angel takes the winning dark comedy and action drama formula of it’s mother show and transplants it into a new city with a gorgeous but angst ridden leading man.
