- Synopsis:
- With her husband Saro (Mario Pupella) running a shop acting as a front for a drugs operation, Angela (Donatella Finocchiaro) is literally married to the mob. Participating in her husband's business by delivering drugs disguised in shoeboxes, Angela is relegated to the sidelines, a peripheral figure in a potentially dangerous world. All that changes when Masino (Andrea di Stefano) appears and turns her world on its head. Ingratiating himself to Saro, Masino forms a more hazardous liasion with Angela. Both become aware that this affair poses a dangerous threat to their livelihoods and more importantly their lives.
