- Synopsis:
- Christina Lindberg stars as Anita, a 17 year-old nymphomaniac. Rejected by her oppressive parents, Anita turns to men for sex. This develops into a damaging obsession, sleeping with strangers, junkies and even hanging around the local railway station to snare men from out of town. Polarised by the local community, Anita meets a psychology student named Erik, who befriends her. Fascinated by Anita, he uses her as a case study and sets out to discover the root of her behaviour. Diagnosing the causes of her nymphomania is easy. Resisting Anita and finding a cure proves more challenging.
