- Sharyn Berkley (Ashlynn Yennie) is taken to a hospital one night with suspected acute appendix rupture. However, when she wakes up after what appears to be a successful emergency surgery, she finds herself in a bizarre medical facility. This is the mysterious doctor Dr. Aaron Hellenbach (Louis Mandylor), who treats the patients there like laboratory rats and performs horrific, sadistic experiments on them. These should prove the effectiveness of a new serum, which, as Sharyn experiences firsthand, actually brings undreamt-of healing results. However, one thing is clear: the patients here are not voluntary and incommunicado, they are Dr. Hellenbach at the mercy of helpless...
